CAS International Competition Law and Compliance
(i) Competency: Offering a graduate program in the field of competition and antitrust law is the ideal approach to prepare the economic leaders of tomorrow for the responsibilities they will assume. AGON PARTNERS promotes corresponding continuing education programs in Switzerland and abroad.
(ii) Execution: This is why AGON PARTNERS supports CAS (International Competition Law and Compliance), the continuing education program offered by the Center for Competition and Commercial Law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law. The course is primarily tailored toward managers in large and small companies across all industries, who are looking to gain solid technical, procedural, and practical knowledge in the field of antitrust law compliance.

Swiss Association for Compliance and Competition Law (ACCL)
(i) Competency: At AGON PARTNERS, we impart the latest findings and developments in the field of national and international competition law, yet we do not view this as a self-serving exercise. Instead, it represents an ideal opportunity for businesses to avoid expensive financial penalties and damage claims. This is why AGON PARTNERS supports non-profit organizations dedicated to education and training in the field of competition law.
(ii) Execution: AGON PARTNERS supports the Swiss Association for Compliance and Competition Law (ACCL). The purpose of the ACCL is to organize regular meetings to foster the continuing education of its members in the field of national and international competition law.
