Applied antitrust law for the Swiss population

(i) Content and target audience: The conference cycle „Ateliers de la Concurrence“ (AdC) , which AGON PARTNERS supports, involves up to 350 participants in a discussion on current core topics in competition policy, and promotes dialogue among students, guest and experts from economics, politics and academia. CAS International Competition Law and Compliance

Continuing education for authorities, in-house-lawyers, and attorneys

(i) Content and target audience: AGON PARTNERS supports the CAS International Competition Law and Compliance course, offered annually by the Centre for Competition and Commercial Law (ZHAW School of Management and Law). The course is mainly geared toward managers of smaller and larger companies from all sectors, who want to gain solid technical, procedural, and practical knowledge in the field of antitrust law compliance.

Competition Law Updates

Antitrust law updates for corporate lawyers

(i) Content and target audience: AGON PARTNERS supports the event series Competition Law Update (CLU) of the Swiss Association for Compliance and Competition Law (ACCL). In a compact format, the ACCL presents the most important developments in Swiss and international competition law as well as compliance twice a year in collaboration with the Centre for Competition and Commercial Law (ZHAW School of Management and Law). The event is mainly geared toward corporate legal counsel (large companies, as well as SMEs), associations and industry organisations.

Competition

Young professionals event for antitrust lawyers and competition economists

(i) Content and target audience: AGON PARTNERS supports the event series Debating Competition, targeted toward young antitrust lawyers and competition economists. The participants have the opportunity to exchange their views and opinions with one another and with the speakers three times a year. The events take place in the German-speaking and French-speaking parts of Switzerland in the form of a joint dinner based on key note presentations.

Law and communication - Two sides of the same coin
